Ingredients

  • *3 tablespoons soft butter
  • *3/4 cup apple juice
  • *1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • *1/2 teaspoon salt
  • *2 cups cereal (prefer rice cereal)
  • *1 & 1/4 cups dried milk (prefer non fat)
  • *1 & 1/2 cups chopped dates

Directions

  • * In a large pot over low heat, stir together butter, apple juice, cinnamon and salt
  • * Bring to a boil
  • * Remove pot from heat. Stir in cereal, dried milk, and dates
  • * Press mixture into a baking pan, let it cool
  • * Cut into 12 squares. Enjoy!
  • * Store in a covered container
