Dragon Fruit

A cross flavour between kiwi and pear.
Dragon Fruit is also known as Pitaya and are native to Thailand and China.
Inside the flesh is white having tiny black edible seeds just like kiwi fruit.


Dragon fruits are a rich source of vitamin C. Dragon fruit helps to decrease the irritation of joints, so it is called as an anti inflammatory fruit. It relaxes the airways and is recommended for patients suffering from asthma as well regular coughing. Fibre in Dragon Fruit also helps control blood sugar levels by slowing the sugar's absorption and keeping its levels low after a meal.
